COMPANY BACKGROUND
- Deck Technology Solution Sdn Bhd has developed a high quality self-levelling epoxy coating
DTS 3300 product with super light weight filler recommended for alleviating water ponding
problem that always occur on deck surface of marine vessels and oil and gas platforms. - Currently of solving the water ponding problems are, by fabricating the new deck surface,
which makes it very expensive, safety issue (hot work) and effected the rig production or by
using cementation.

We are the manufacturer of Advanced Deck Levelling System DTS 3300. Our factory located
at Meru, Klang Selangor.
- We are 100% local Bumiputra company.
- Deck Technology Solution also registered with CIDB and PETRONAS (license)
- We are also produces other Protective Coating paint for usage of steel structure and floor
(concrete). - Our service includes of site inspection, budgeting, surface preparation and application.
DTS 3300 CHARACTERISTIC
- Pure epoxy resin (99% VS) and Solvent Free
- Super lightweight filler imported from UK
- Self-leveling product – suitable for leveling the uneven areas
- Can be apply up to 40mm – 2-3 coats
- Can be apply to max 20mm in single coat without any problems such as bubble or pin hole
- Minimum surface preparation – wash cleaned, ST2/ST3, SA2/2.5
- Can be applied on top of other Epoxy primer or Epoxy Glassflake
- Touch dry- 2 to 3 hours at 35C
